1.2.1 MYI Entertainment

All information collected by MYI Entertainment is stored on the servers of Google LLC and is subject to its Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en) and Terms of Use (https://policies.google.com/terms hl = en). Additionally, MYI Entertainment processes personal information on DigitalOcean LLC servers and personal computers. Therefore, we may process your personal information on a server located outside the country in which you live. In doing so, compliance with the Swiss data protection standard is ensured.

1.3 Third party companies and partners

1.3.1 Digitalocean

Digitalocean is our hosting partner and hosts all our hosting and website related data. All
data from the EEvent and SwitzerLAN websites are stored on Digitalocean servers and are
subject to the Digitalocean LLC privacy policy.

1.3.2 Mailgun


Mailgun is our e-mail delivery partner. All automated e-mails from the EEvent and the
Switzerland are sent via Mailgun.

The personal data you submit to us will be processed in accordance with Swiss federal

MYI uses the data collected by them and the information for planning the EEvent and
SwitzerLAN events, as well as for carrying out the individual tournaments at these events.
In addition, the appearance of the players and any further information is used for the
marketing of the players, the teams, the organizations, the events and all parties involved in
the implementation.
MYI Entertainment may instruct third parties to process the data on their behalf. In doing so,
these third parties are obliged to comply with this privacy policy.
Your data will not be used for other purposes or passed on or sold to third parties without
your express consent

We use several tools that enable us to analyze the use of our websites and the success of our
advertising on third party websites, as well as to selectively display advertisements based on
the pages you have visited (Google Analytics, Google AdWords Conversion Tracking, Google
Remarketing , Facebook Conversion Tracking and Adtelligence Personalization Cloud,
hereafter referred to as „Tools“).
These tools use cookies that are stored on your computer. The cookies contain information
such as the time of the visit, the fact that this is the first visit, and information about the
website from which the visitor comes.
Your data is collected and stored anonymously and the statistics on our website do not
contain information about individual visitors.
The data collected by the cookies are transmitted to a Google server in the US or a Swedish
server by Atlas, a subsidiary of Facebook, and stored there. Google and Facebook / Atlas may
transfer this information to third parties, if required by law or if a third parties process this
